Yoga_01a_200What is Body Balance?

BODYBALANCE™ is the Yoga, Tai Chi, and Pilates workout that builds flexibility and strength and leaves you feeling centred and calm. Controlled breathing, concentration and a carefully structured series of stretches, moves and poses to music create a holistic workout that brings the body into a state of harmony and balance.

Like all the LES MILLS™ programs, a new body balance class is released every three months with new music and choreography.

What to expect 

Each class is made up of 35 to 50 minutes of simple but challenging exercises, followed by a guided relaxation.

What to bring

When attending a class we recommend that you wear comfortable clothing like you would when going to the gym. No jeans or trousers with belts, buttons or zips. Therefore very baggy clothing may hinder your workout. Barefoot is recommended as this provides more grip on the mat for standing poses. No shoes are allowed.
