What is Body Conditioning?
Body conditioning is a calorie burning workout for overall body toning and shaping, with a focus on legs, abs and buttocks to improve strength and muscle tone.
What to expect
A 45 to 60 minute class with a calorie burning aerobic warm up followed by exercises for core stability, arms, legs, back and buttocks.
The class will finish with a cool down stretch to improve flexibility and leave you feeling great.
What to bring
Please wear comfortable workout clothes and supportive cross-trainers. We would recommend bringing a bottle of water and small hand towel also.
